Sell n8n workflows
If a workflow already saves you time, another team with the same tools will pay to skip the broken middle. Selling it is mostly packaging: the JSON, the notes, and a price you can defend.
Live listings
n8n workflows already listed.
- Tailor a CV summary and cover letter for every new job posting with n8n and OpenAI, tracked in Google Sheets$5
- Three n8n workflows for small business admin with Gmail inbox triage, Stripe failed-payment emails and lead follow-up$29
- Overdue invoice reminders for n8n from your own Gmail on day 3, 7 and 14, with a Google Sheet and optional Stripe sync$19
- Stripe deposits for Google Calendar bookings in n8n, with one reminder and unpaid slots released$19
- Missed call text-back for n8n with Twilio, a Google Sheets call log and one follow-up text$19
A workflow that is ready to sell
The buyer has to import it and change a handful of fields, not reverse-engineer your canvas. Export the JSON. Remove credentials so your keys are not in the file. Pin the n8n version you tested. List every community node. Write which credentials the buyer creates, and which fields they must edit: sheet IDs, mailbox labels, webhook URLs. Include one example input and the output you expect.
Add an error path. A workflow that stops with a red node and no note will be returned. Say what should happen when the model times out or the sheet is missing a column. If you assume n8n Cloud, say so. If you tested self-hosted, say the version. “Works on n8n” is not a version.
What buyers compare
They compare the job, the apps, and the hour they get back. A lead-enrichment workflow that writes a short summary into a CRM is easy to understand. A workflow that “does marketing” is not. Name the trigger, the AI step, and the place the result lands. Mention the model and whether the buyer needs their own key. Mention any paid app plan the nodes require, such as a CRM seat, without inventing a dollar figure you have not checked.
They also compare trust. On AIMarket24 the listing’s scope is what escrow checks against. Screenshots of the canvas help, but the file and the notes are the product. A short loom of one real run is better than a mock. Do not include customer data in the demo.
Price
There is no official average price for an n8n workflow on this site, and you should not borrow one from a preview card. The homepage samples are labeled as samples. Price from the buyer’s side: how many hours the workflow replaces in the first month, how many apps it ties together, and whether you will answer questions. Then look at what you keep.
Listing is free. AIMarket24 keeps 15% of each sale. The first 50 sellers who publish a live listing are founding sellers and pay 5% for six months. On a $100 sale at the standard rate you keep $85. A founding seller keeps $95 during the six-month window. The pricing guide walks through that arithmetic and through what to include before you pick the number. n8n’s Creator Hub is the other door: after three approved templates you can publish paid templates there. Their help page does not say what share they keep, so do not subtract a guessed n8n fee from your price.
How the sale works
The buyer pays into escrow. You are paid after they confirm delivery, or automatically 3 days after delivery if no problem is reported. Deliver the JSON and the notes you listed. If the buyer cannot import because you left a credential or a private webhook in the file, that is on the delivery, not on them.
Listings that are 95% or more similar to an existing one are rejected. A light edit of a popular public template will not pass, and it should not. If your workflow started from a template, the license has to allow resale and the work you added has to be the product. An optional code audit badge is less central for a pure JSON file than for an app, but if you ship custom code nodes, the audit covers security, dependencies, quality, and license.
n8n, Gumroad, and here
You can submit templates to n8n and also sell a packaged version where the rules are written down. They are different buyers. Someone browsing n8n’s library is already inside the product. Someone on AIMarket24 may be comparing a workflow with a bot or an agent for the same job. Gumroad can host a zip, at the fees on its pricing page: 10% plus $0.50 on direct sales, and 30% when a new customer comes through Discover. Gumroad will not describe n8n credentials for you. You still have to write them.
Pick the store for the buyer you can actually reach. If your audience is n8n creators, the Creator Hub is the native shelf. If your audience is a business that wants the automation and does not care which site the file came from, a marketplace with escrow and a written scope is the closer fit. You can use more than one, as long as each listing tells the truth about what is in the file.
Before you publish
The marketplace is live. Join the seller account, export a clean JSON, and write the credential list while the workflow is still fresh in your head. Sellers get 7 days of Premium and 50 build tokens. The tokens are for ordering a custom build in the workshop, not a discount on the workflow fee.
The first 50 sellers who publish a live listing take the founding seats. An email signup does not reserve a seat by itself. Publishing does. Have the file ready so you are not still redacting API keys when you list it.
