2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit it, the host processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, time of access, the page requested and browser information to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

3. Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, optionally your name, your interest (buy/sell), the time and wording of your consent, and a one-way hashed value of your IP address to prevent bulk sign-ups. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).

We use double opt-in: your sign-up only becomes valid after you click the link in the confirmation email. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. We use confirmed data to inform you about the launch and the launch offer and to match your launch gift to your future account. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@aimarket24.pro; your data will then be deleted.

4. Database and accounts

Waitlist and account data are stored with Supabase Inc. in a data center in the EU (Ireland, AWS eu-west-1). For accounts (login), Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (contract) also applies.

5. Email delivery

Confirmation and launch emails are sent through our mailbox at STRATO GmbH, Berlin, Germany.

6. Website analytics (no cookies)

We measure how the website is used with our own analytics: pages viewed, scroll depth, button clicks, search terms typed into the site search, the referring website or campaign (UTM parameters), country (derived from the IP address by our host), device type and language. We do not use cookies or store anything on your device. Visitors are counted with a one-way hash of IP address, browser and date that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you; the IP address itself is not stored. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Raw events are deleted after 400 days.

7. Cookies

We only use cookies that are technically necessary for login and store your theme choice locally in your browser. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing support@aimarket24.pro; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
