AIMarket24 vs PromptBase
PromptBase is a marketplace for prompts and agent skills. AIMarket24 is a marketplace for agents, workflows, bots, MCP servers, code, prompts, APIs, and services. The fee comparison only uses numbers PromptBase prints.

What each store is for
PromptBase’s sell page says you can sell AI prompts or agent skills, including SKILL.md files, and get paid through Stripe or Zoneless. Its support page describes a prompt store for models such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and FLUX. That is a clear product: text and skills that steer a model. If that is all you sell, you are comparing two places that can both list text, plus a larger catalog on one side.
AIMarket24’s product types are agents, workflows and automations, plugins and MCP servers, bots, code and apps, prompts, APIs, and services. A prompt pack fits. An n8n workflow, a Telegram bot, or an MCP server also fits, as its own type, with its own scope. You would not use PromptBase for those, based on the pages above. You might use both if you sell prompts in one place and software in another.
Fees PromptBase publishes
The sell page says: sell with 0% fees via your link, and 20% via the marketplace. The support page repeats that split and adds custom jobs: PromptBase takes 10% on those. Its examples, from the same support page: a $10 marketplace sale leaves the seller $8, a $10 referral sale leaves $10, and a $10 custom job leaves $9. It also says there are no extra hidden transaction fees beyond that split. Payouts are Stripe or Zoneless. The payout article linked from their help describes schedules and a pending balance; the comparison table in our marketplace article quotes that page rather than restating every cutoff here.
Those numbers were checked on PromptBase’s public pages on October 25, 2026. They can change. The support URL and the sell URL are the source, not this summary. If your buyers already come from your own link, the 0% path is the number that matters, and it is a real advantage for that traffic.
Fees AIMarket24 uses
Listing on AIMarket24 is free. The platform keeps 15% of each sale. The first 50 sellers who publish a live listing are founding sellers and pay 5% for six months. Buyers pay into escrow. Earnings are released after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 3 days after delivery if no problem is reported. A bank payout is a separate later step.
There is no 0% referral tier. A sale on the marketplace is 15%, or 5% while a founding rate applies, whether the buyer found you here or followed your link. That is simpler, and it is worse than 0% if you already own the audience. It is the rate to compare with PromptBase’s 20% marketplace fee, not with the referral fee, when the buyer is discovering you inside the store. Founding seats are the first 50 live listings, not the first 50 emails on the catalog.
What you give the buyer
On either store, a prompt listing should name the model, show an example, and explain the variables. PromptBase is optimized for that format and for image prompts with previews. AIMarket24 asks for a product type and a written scope because the catalog is wider. For a prompt, the scope is the file, the model, the example, and the rights. Escrow is the extra step: the buyer confirms the file matches before the sale is finished. PromptBase describes refunds on its support page as a case-by-case review when a prompt does not work as described, requested within 24 hours. That is their policy, not ours.
AIMarket24 rejects a new upload that is 95% or more similar to an existing listing. Prompt packs get copied often; the check is there so the second copy does not compete on the same shelf. It does not stop anyone from posting the same text on another website.
Which one to use
Use PromptBase if you sell prompts or skills, you want their audience, and especially if you can send buyers through the 0% link. Use AIMarket24 if the product is a workflow, a bot, a server, or code, or if you want prompts in the same catalog as those and you want escrow on the file. Using both is reasonable. Do not tell buyers the fees are the same. They are not, and the referral case is the largest gap.
AIMarket24 is live. Sellers can publish a listing now. Accounts also receive 7 days of Premium plus 50 build tokens. Tokens pay for workshop builds at $1 each. They are not a PromptBase credit and they do not change the commission.
What this page refuses to claim
No traffic estimates, no “which store converts better,” and no average prompt price. We have not measured those. The founding-seller count and the 15% and 5% rates are product rules. The PromptBase rates are quotations from the pages named above. If those pages move, the pages win.
Read the payout article before you depend on a payday. A fee percent is not a payout speed. Escrow on AIMarket24 adds the confirmation step before earnings are released, and the bank transfer is later again. PromptBase’s Stripe and Zoneless timing is whatever their payout page says on the day you read it.
