AI Email Triage System
Let AI sort, prioritize and draft replies for your inbox — so urgent email never waits.

About this app
AI Email Triage System is a ready-to-import Make workflow template that sorts your incoming email, flags what is urgent, and drafts replies so you can clear your inbox faster and miss fewer important messages. Incoming mail is categorized and prioritized, routine replies are drafted for your review, and the rest is routed to the right place. What you get: a Make workflow template, a step-by-step setup guide, and the source files included in the download package so you can review, adjust and run it in your own Make account. Honesty note: This is a workflow template, not a done-for-you service and not a hosted app. You will need your own Make account, and Make credits / a Make subscription are not included — Make bills those separately. You will also need to connect your own email account and review AI-drafted replies before sending; the system does not guarantee perfect classification or reply quality, and results depend on your inbox and configuration.
Problem it solves
Inboxes are overloaded: important client and sales emails sit next to newsletters, notifications and low-priority mail, so urgent messages are missed, replies are delayed, and time is lost sorting mail by hand.
