Built for shops that don't have time for software

Core

One QR, scannable anywhere

Works on counters, vans, receipts, and business cards. Download it as a PNG or PDF, or print a full-page sign with your shop name on top. It opens your Google review form directly, with no app and no login for the customer.

Messages that sound like you

Pick a tone, add the customer's name, then copy it or open it in your texting app.

A simple follow-up log

Record who you asked and when, and see who is due for a gentle nudge.

Your data stays with you

No sign-up, no server, no customer list uploaded anywhere. Export to CSV or JSON whenever you want.

What you skip

Birdeye and Podium start around $300 a month and bundle inboxes, chatbots, and dashboards a one-truck business never opens. ReviewRelay does the one thing that actually earns reviews: it makes asking easy.

Questions owners ask

Where do I find my Google review link?

Open your Google Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews," and copy the short link it shows. You can also search your business on Google Maps, tap Share, and use a link that includes your Place ID.

Does this filter out unhappy customers?

No, and that's on purpose. Google's policies prohibit review gating. ReviewRelay sends everyone to the same link. Ask every customer, and handle complaints in person first when you can.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

No. The tool runs entirely in this page and nothing is uploaded. Save the file or bookmark it and it keeps working offline.

How should I use the QR code?

Put the printed sign at checkout, add the code to invoices and estimates, and stick it on your service vehicle. The text works best within an hour of finishing the job.

Will my log and settings disappear?

They're stored in this browser on this device. Use the export buttons in Settings & export to keep a copy.
